Born and raised in the San Diego area, the 2009 and 2010 Rising Star Award recipient, Luis Ibarra, has been proudly serving as the Director of Operations at Morgan Run since 2011. Luis’s rich hospitality career has taken him through 15 years of experience in the service industry. As a truly accomplished hospitality professional, Luis has held almost every title in the business from dishwasher to bartender to golf pro.
His great passion and unparalleled sense of pride have been proven admirable and enabled him to climb the ladder. With the central purpose of building relationships and enriching lives, Luis’s number one priority is to bring Members a higher and more consistent level of service. Luis also received the 2010 Team of Excellence during his tenure as Food & Beverage Director at Morgan Run Club & Resort.
