Born and raised in New York, Chef Catalano moved to Southern California after completing his studies. He began his professional career at with Ritz-Carlton Hotels where he learned from several classically trained European Chefs. Most recently, he has worked at the Hotel Del Coronado, the Marriott Hotels and the Marina and House of Blues in San Diego. Chef Catalano’s career has been highlighted by numerous awards in San Diego not only for his cuisine, but for his leadership style as well. Chef Catalano looks to enhance the member experience by bringing a fresh new perspective to Morgan Run.
