Terry grew up in San Diego and after several years being away, is happy to be back and a part of the Morgan Run Team.
In the early stages of her 30 plus year career, Terry spent 13 years with TGI Fridays as a General Manager, and troubleshooter.
In 1994, she joined Downtown Dining in Monterey California to open Montrio, which was named "Best New Restaurant of the Country" in 1995 by Esquire Magazine. Their sister restaurants includes Tarpy's Roadhouse and the Rio Grill in Carmel California She was the Director of Restaurants for the Wyndham Emerald Plaza Hotel in Downtown San Diego and received Employee of the Quarter there before taking on a position within the Eddie V's Restaurant Group.
Terry spent 10 years at The Roaring Fork in Scottsdale. She successfully opened two restaurants, one in Austin, Texas and helped to launch their Private Dining Program. Eddie's V's portfolio also includes Wildfish and Eddie V's.
Terry joined us in August 2013 to help us open our two new restaurants.
