Membership at Nags Head Golf Links is open to the general public, with significant initiation fee discounts to individuals living inside the village of Nags Head.
Are you looking to generate more income with your rental property? Membership at Nags Head Golf Links allows your renters the ability to play the course for a discounted green compared to the posted green fee. A membership to Nags Head Golf Links is proven to produce an increase in occupancy rates for your rental property.
Membership benefits include reserved starting times for Members. All golfers may reserve starting times up to one year in advance. However, a block of starting times during peak playing hours is reserved for Members’ use only up to 14 days in advance. Any unreserved Member times are released by the Club for general use. During Member times, each foursome must include at least one Member. These guidelines will be continuously adjusted to reflect membership growth.
Each year, the professional golf staff at Nags Head Golf Links offers an active calendar of events designed exclusively for Members. We’ll host a variety of tournaments to enhance the enjoyment of the game for both competitive and recreational golfers alike. These tournaments are a great way to meet other Members and to showcase your skills. We’ll also schedule plenty of social events to involve your family’s nongolfers in our exciting new Club.
Walking is becoming increasingly popular among golfers, and Nags Head Golf Links is interested in promoting this healthy tradition. Walking is permitted daily with the exception of Monday through Thursday in June, July and August.
Renters of a Member’s property in Nags Head Golf Links development have access to significantly reduced guest fees at the Golf Club. During peak season, renters of a Member’s property enjoy savings up to $20 off per player. Access to these reduced rates encourages vacationers to rent the property of a Member, thereby increasing the occupancy rate of a Member’s rental property each year. Members will also be able to sponsor a limited number of guests each year at this reduced rate by simply calling the golf shop in advance.
When a Member accompanies his or her guests on the golf course, the guest fee is significantly lower than the regular guest fee, as shown on the schedule of rates and fees. Guests are always welcome.
Several optional services are available exclusively to Members at Nags Head Golf Links. These services, which are offered à la carte, include USGA handicapping, golf lockers, club storage and an annual driving range plan. We encourage Members to take advantage of these services, which are offered to add convenience and enjoyment of the Club.
Members always enjoy discounted prices on select name brand merchandise in our golf shop. In addition, Members have exclusive access to special sales held throughout the year.
Golf at Nags Head Golf Links is designed for the enjoyment of the entire family. Both instructional programs and tournament formats are planned with women and junior golfers in mind. And reduced rates for group and private lessons make it affordable for everyone to improve his or her games.
