Mike has been part of our staff since 2006. He was raised in Huntingdon Valley but lived and worked in Pittsburgh for 9 years where he spent three years as an Assistant Professional at the Pittsburgh Field Club and six years as the Director of Golf at Edgewood Country Club. Before his move to Pittsburgh, Mike also spent three years as an Assistant Professional at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. Mike and his wife Nancy are both graduates of Villanova University and have 6 children (Jean, Michael, Peter, Robert, Mark & Sally).

Phil is a ClubCorp veteran previously working on two recent ClubCorp acquisitions as Director of Marketing & Membership at Hartefeld National Golf Club in Avondale, Pennsylvania and as Director of Membership at Ford’s Colony Country Club in Williamsburg, Virginia. With over 20 years of Golf & Country Club experience, Phil has served as a Regional Marketing Director with Billy Casper Golf and as Director of Marketing & Membership with Empire Golf USA.
A proud alumn of the University of Delaware and an avid golfer, Phil is involved with numerous business organizations and in his spare time is a Level 3 Official with USA Hockey. Phil and his wife Donna live in Newark, Delaware

Mark joins North Hills Country Club as the Private Event Director, offering years of experience in meeting and event planning, specializing in the customer service and customer satisfaction, weddings, and celebrations. Mark’s experience, passion for events and attention to detail make him the perfect person to plan and coordinate your event. Mark will bring his style sensibility and his knowledge of the latest industry trends to make your vision a reality. Whether you are hosting a banquet, celebrating an anniversary or planning the day of your dreams, Mark's eye for perfection will have your guests praising your special event for years to come. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Mark lived in New York City for 20 years working at such prestigious venues as Carnegie Hall and The Beacon Theater. Mark also spent many years in the recording and music industry. Mark lives in Glenside, PA with his wife and two daughters and still plays bass with his original rock band.

Vincent Cannon has over 20 years of Food and Beverage experience spanning over 10 cities and two Caribbean countries with Hyatt and Hilton Hotels. Prior to his position with North Hills Country Club, he held various Food and Beverage leadership roles at nine different hotels since 1997. Vincent also assisted with the opening of six properties in the US and Caribbean including Hyatt Regency Trinidad and the reopening of Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
During Vincent’s childhood, he traveled the world with his family, due to his father extensive military career in the Army. He lived in Texas, Louisiana, Virginia and Germany throughout his childhood. In his time away from the club he is a true “foodie” and enjoys dining at new innovative bars and restaurant. When he is not traveling you can find Vincent playing billiards in the American Pool Association “APA”.

Steve joined the team at North Hills in February of 2017. Previously, he was the golf course superintendent at Hershey’s Mill Golf Club in West Chester for 16 seasons. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in communications, Steve worked as the sports director for the University’s radio station and was the play by play announcer for Pitt football and basketball over two seasons.
Although broadcasting was a viable career option upon graduation, Steve chose to attend the Rutgers University Turfgrass Program for a certification in turf management. He became the superintendent at Hershey’s Mill two months after graduation. Steve and his wife Lori have one son (Ben).

Monica joined the ClubCorp family in February 2017. She held various positions in the North Hills Country Club’s business office over the course of her career, before becoming the Office Administrator. Prior to joining North Hills, she was a Buyer for a major Philadelphia retailer. She holds a BS in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.
Monica resides in Philadelphia with her husband Mark, a Real Estate Executive, and their daughter Corinne and twins Liam & Mairead. They enjoy family trips, dining out, as well as, Sunday dinners with extended family.

Shawn was born in Scranton, PA and grew up in an Air Force family. He spent most of his young years in the small town of Altus, Oklahoma. This is where he honed his game and after having success as a junior golfer he received a golf scholarship at the University of Tulsa where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. Upon graduating he began his pursuit as a professional golfer playing on mini tours in Florida, Arizona, and the New England area. He also learned a great deal through his experiences caddying at The Ritz Carlton Golf Club, Jupiter, FL and Hamilton Farm Golf Club in New Jersey. In 2011 Shawn moved to Pennsylvania and started his PGA career at Squires Golf Club where he served as Assistant Golf Professional for five seasons. The last two season he spent at Huntingdon Valley Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional. Shawn lives in Lansdale with his wife Sarah and two boys Brody and Kyle.

As Executive Chef, Charles Kresge, oversees the culinary department here at North Hills Country club. He has been with NHCC since June of 2017 starting as Sous Chef and taking over the helm in early 2018. Chef Charles’ culinary style focuses mainly on Contemporary American, with a passion to combine fresh ingredients with attention to detail, integrity, and proper technique he has gained and honed over the last 15 plus years working in country clubs and private restaurants alike.
Chef Charles has a special interest in locally grown, fresh ingredients as he studied horticulture in college before returning to his true calling as a Chef. He hopes to lead the North Hills Country Club culinary team in satisfying your taste buds and appetites with some new ideas while preserving long standing country club classics. Charles will be working diligently in overseeing the grand opening of NHCC’s newly reinvented Meehan’s Grille space and is excited for the opportunities it will provide to challenge both the members palettes as well as his teams skills.
Chef Charles currently resides in the Lehigh Valley area along with his wife, Jessica. Together they have two young boys, Brady and Cole, and a Border Collie named Utley. When not in the kitchen or talking with the members, he enjoys spending my time fishing and playing golf.

Christy Ly joined the team at North Hills in June 2018. Before joining the North Hills family, Christy was the Private Event Coordinator at Deercreek Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida for over 3 years. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and decided to move back closer to family after having a sweet baby girl. She is now using her attention to detail and her love for planning events to help create magic moments around the club with all the members.
Christy currently resides in King of Prussia with her fiancé, daughter and their two dogs. Away from work, she enjoys spending days with the whole family, going to the dog park, or just hanging around the house.
