2011 Improvements and Upcoming Projects

• Interior and exterior paint upgrade for the clubhouse
• Renovated patio featuring new concrete and inviting furniture
• Addition of a fitness center stocked with cardio equipment, weights and a kids’ corner
• Project to remove pool facility and replace with welcoming entry landscape
• New cart fleet featuring 2011 E-Z-GO golf carts
• Installation of additional drainage on holes 6 and 14
• Relocation of gold tees on hole 8
• Repaint all benches and sign posts at tee stations

Completed Improvements from 2010

• Drainage project on holes 14, 7 and 6
• Complete redesign of hole 17 tee complex
• Re-sodded two levels of practice tees with Celebration Bermuda grass
• Added drainage and new turf to the men’s tees on hole 18
• Began project to repair creek bank erosion at 8 tee
