Stay healthy and fit with Northwood Country Club's state of the art fitness equipment. Our fitness center, completed in late 2011, includes treadmills, upright and recumbent bicycles, elliptical machines, free weights and strength training weight systems. The fitness center is open typically 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, staying open longer or closing earlier depending on the time of year. Please contact a member of our club staff for more information.
