Pilates:  Traditional mat exercises to improve your core, flexibility and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advance. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained.

Yoga: Flowing traditional yoga poses to improve not only flexibility but strength as well.  This class is designed for all levels of fitness.
