I come from a strong background in personal training with an emphasis in physical therapy and joint mobility. The one lesson I strive to convey to all my clients is P.R.I.D.E. (personal responsibility in daily efforts) and above all else to have fun! On a professional level, there is nothing more gratifying than helping someone reach his or her fitness goals. And that alone is why I love what I do.

My husband and I are now officially emptynesters. I have a son who lives and works in Brighton and a daughter at Pensacola Christian College. That gives us a lot of time to mountain bike and kayak.
