I’ve worked my way through the culinary ranks in local country clubs before I took my present position at Oak Pointe. Growing up I always worked in restaurants I took my first professional cook job in 1995 at Walnut Creek I soon grew in to the Sous Chef Position. In 1999, I accepted the Executive Sous Chef job at Meadowbrook .
I worked their until February of 2006 when it was offered the Executive Chef title at Lakelands where I was able to grow and become locally know where I finally ended up at the wonderful Oak Pointe Country Club. I’m an active member in the American culinary federation for the last 17 years and have also accomplished the title of professional ice sculptor.
I have been blessed with a fantastic wife Kelly and three beautiful healthy children Jagger, Kaya and Owen who are all very supportive of me and my profession.
