Jack spent most of his career in sales and marketing for upscale golf resorts such as The Boulders and Grand Cypress. After working for Nicklaus at Golden Bear Golf, Jack made the transition into the golf business. Prior to coming to OVCC, he managed the Rio Rico Golf Club in Southern Arizona.

Private Events Coordinator and Member Relations Director, Melissa Goff was born in California, but has lived in Florida, South Carolina, and New Mexico.
Having been in many areas across the nation, she has been exposed to a variety of styles and has the knowledge to design your event exactly how you envision it. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance: Classical and Opera. She then went back to school and studied Hospitality and Event Management at New Mexico State University and North Greenville University. Melissa has worked in the hospitality industry since she began her professional career.
Melissa brings a stylish, discerning design eye that has been carefully honed over her many years of both planning and production of weddings and events. Melissa's passion and forthrightness ensure clear communication while her grounded nature and sharp focus are the driving force behind her creative vision.
As an experienced planner, she brings attention to detail and strategic plans to make any event run smoothly. She blends thoughtful practicality with innovative design, the result of which allows for creative ideas that are produced without a hitch.

Scott Schultz has been The Oro Valley C.C. Head Golf Professional since 2006.
Born in Missoula, Montana, Scott moved to Tucson in the 4th grade.
His wife for 17 years Jenny and two wonderful children Ryan 11 & Tiffany 9 keep him busy away from the club. Scott holds a degree from the University of Arizona in Regional development in City Planning. He was a Ping Club Corp Golf Professional of the year 2016 Finalist
Current member of the Southwest Section Southern Chapter Board. Active in most junior golf events including Ricki Rarick, SAJGA, Ping Junior Interclub, PGA Inter-league and Oro Valley Summer Program.

Prior to joining Oro Valley Country Club, he was the Superintendent at Canyon Crest Country Club in Riverside, CA, which is another ClubCorp club. John is a Class "A" member with the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. John has worked in the golf industry since 2000 with various roles such as outside services, and assistant golf professional. In 2006 is when he made a career change and wanted to be in the turf industry. After graduating in 2008 with his two-year turf certificate he had his first opportunity to become a Superintendent in 2010. John maintains a single digit handicap and has shot four hole-in-ones. Besides his time at the Club, he enjoys his jet ski and boat, and loves to camp. John married Danielle in 2012 and they have three boys: Riley, Trent, and Bodie. You might also see from time to time with his course dog, Opie, chasing critters and waterfowl off the golf course.
Katharine Kramer has been cooking for over thirteen years. Her experience is primarily in banquets,
specifically gardemanger. She previously worked at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs before
attending The California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. Katharine’s internship
brought her to Tucson, where she spent four years at Miraval Resort and Spa. She is entering her fourth
year at The Oro Valley Country Club and has recently been promoted to Executive Chef. Katharine loves
cooking simple food, with few ingredients. It is amazing how good food tastes when it simple and
thoughtfully put together! She loves continuing to learn about food.
