Bring your Valentine to Piedmont for a romantic night.
There will be a plated dinner for two to start the night off as well as time to sweep your loved one on the dance floor to tunes by duo, featuring Matt Waller, an American Idol finalist!

Menu:

Salad:
Spinach Salad with sundried cherries, carmelized pears, goat cheese, and a sherry vinigarette
or
Boston Bibb salad with shaved jiacma, bacon, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing

Appetizer:
Oysters on the half shell with cocktail sauce and migononette dressing
or
Beef Carpaccio

Entree:
Chateaubriand with a demi glaze and bearnaise sauce, roasted potatoes, and herit con verts
or
Seared rockfish with wild ride pilaf, lemon beurre blan, and herit con verts

Dessert:
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
or
Passion Fruit Tart
