Golf Fitness Club Every Wednesday Night at 7:30pm
Every Wednesday at 7:30pm in the fitness studio at the Piedmont Athletic Club. This is a fitness class covering all aspects of golf specific fitness.
Everything from strength training for golf to stability, mobility, and flexibility will be covered.
Limit 10 Members per class.
Members must sign up 24 hours prior to the start of class.
