7:00 p.m.—10:00 p.m.

      Join us for a four course meal with your loved one in theGrand Ballroom. Take the night off that you deserve and enjoy a perfectlyprepared meal from Sous Chef, Jose Patino, & our culinary team.

 Menu:
Soup:
Smoked Gouda & Roasted Sweet Pepper Bisque with a Butter Toasted BaguetteChip
Starter:
Grilled Scallops with Puree of Cauliflower, Roasted Sweet Corn Salad, GrapeTomatoes & Hazelnut Vinaigrette
Entrée:
Oscar Beef Sirloin topped with Crabmeat, Asparagus & Béarnaise Sauce. 
OR 
Pave of Macadamia Nut Crusted Salmon on a bed of Swiss Chard, swimmin g in apool of Tomato Buerre Blanc 
Both entrees are served with Boursin Mashed Potatoes
Dessert:
Chocolate Lava Cake with Blackberries & Vanilla Ice Cream
