Originally from Rockford, Illinois, John graduated from Highpoint College in North Carolina with a degree in Marketing. He spent seven years in Florida working as the Tournament Director at PGA National and playing mini tour events. He later moved to Georgia in the mid 90's and has been at Polo Golf & Country Club since 2001.
