Ceremonies

At Porter Valley Country Club, we have the most beautiful ceremony setting featuring a lake with a fountain and breathtaking golf course views, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Santa Susana Mountains. Enter and leave the ceremony in style in a stunning horse-drawn carriage that brings you down the golf course path to the end of the aisle, and then carries you and your husband off into the sunset at the conclusion of the ceremony. In the evening, an outdoor ceremony becomes a fairy tale setting of twinkling lights on the terrace and lakeside trees accented by the lovely lit fountain. Following the ceremony, your guests are invited to a cocktail hour on the terrace with hors d’oeuvres. Count on comfort in all seasons, as the terrace is equipped with ceiling fans, heat lamps and roll-down sides for wind protection.

Receptions

After you and your new spouse have a special moment alone, toast each other and take a few photos, your DJ invites guests into the room for your grand entrance. Our Main Dining Room has a classic and elegant feel. It features English chandeliers, traditional wooden pillars, fine crown molding and panoramic windows, showcasing our gorgeous views. Take a deep breath, relax, enjoy your perfect day and let our outstanding service staff take care of the rest. The only thing left to do at that point is eat, drink and be married.

The private events team is ready to make your wedding day memorable and unique. The private events director can arrange many special touches. Opt for a chocolate fountain with an attendant, a martini ice luge or a cappuccino bar to wind down the evening. Our goal is not only to make you happy, but also to help you impress your guests with a truly unforgettable experience.
