Food for Thought is ACHIEVEability’s most important fundraiser of the year – raising funds to support 
its work to break the generational poverty by helping single parent, low-income families, 
achieve self-sufficiency.

ACHIEVEability operates with the belief that everyone has the ability to achieve financial stability 
through education and personal accountability.

Food for Thought attracts prominent corporate sponsors 
and individuals who are committed to helping support ACHIEVEability 
to build stronger families and communities in our region. 
Sponsors for this year’s event include PNC Bank, PECO, Urban Outfitters, Inc. and UPS.
This year's Food for Thought is right around the corner. The event will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Urban Outfitters, Inc. at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia and will feature food prepared by more than 25 top chefs from the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Michael Deganis of Alla Spina, Dana Herbert of Desserts by Dana, Mitch Prensky of Supper, Chip Roman of Blackfish, Kevin Sbraga of Sbraga, Marcie Turney of Barbuzzo and Jamonera, Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette, Scott Dalesandro of Pyramid Club and many more. The event will also feature unique live and silent auction items, games and entertainment, and live music. This is the event you do not want to miss!
