This is the time we should be thinking about prevention.  As we get older, we inevitably become susceptible to more illnesses and diseases of aging, however, we do not have to succumb to these tendencies.  Learn how a holistic approach including Eastern and Western wisdom can be used to effectively prevent disease, treat it if it starts, and help you live a life of health, energy & vitality.  

Dr. Joanna Carmichael is a Registered Nurse with Doctorates in Metaphysics & Divinity, and a Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine. She is the Founder & CEO of the Kalyana Centre ~ Physical, Emotional & Spiritual Well Being,  in Ardmore, PA.
