Butter Poached Lobster with Bell Peppers, Pickled Red Onions, Cucumbers and Crispy Canadian Bacon, served on a Roll

Beer Braised Short Ribs with Natural Reduction served on top of Roasted Butternut Squash

Dessert
Canadian Butter Tart (raisins, walnuts and coconut tart) with Maple Syrup and Blueberry Reduction
