Meet the Executive Chefs:
Marvel at our own CHEF KYLE SCANLON, as he prepares your palette for unique Mediterranean dishes; Chef Andrew Judson from The Club at Key Center, as he explores the robust richness of Latin American cuisine; Chef Mark Golden from Silver Lake Country Club, as you sample the savory flavors of Asia; Chef Jared Williams from the House of Blues Foundation Room as you discover the simplistic tastes of Spanish cuisine and Chef Jerry Wilson from Firestone Country Club as he finds Sicily in the heart of Cleveland through fine Italian food! Take a trip through a world of tastes as five talented club chefs put their culinary creativity on display. Each chef will showcase an international cuisine and create three bite size tastes of deliciousness. A guest panel of judges along with Members and Guests will select the overall showcase champion. The evening’s events will be emceed by Plain Dealer Food Editor, Joe Crea and will include live music and more!
