and Citrus-Champagne Vinaigrette, topped with Goat Cheese

Arugula tossed with Lemon-Yogurt Vinaigrette, Diced Kohlrabi, Turnips, Garbanzo Beans
and Red Onion topped with Gorgonzola Cheese

Second Course

Grilled 6 oz. Filet Mignon served with Sweet Potato Mash, Grilled Asparagus and Blackberry Demi Glaze
