Sam became General Manager at Quail Hollow Country Club in February of 2017. Prior to that, he was the Director of Golf Course Maintenance at Quail since August of 2013. Sam has been with ClubCorp since 2005 with previous stops as the Golf Course Superintendent at Bear's Best Atlanta and the Country Club of Gwinnett. He holds a Business Administration degree from Malone University, and a Turfgrass Science degree from The Ohio State University.
Sam and his wife Jakki have three kids, a son Luke, and two daughters Aubrey and Elliott. Away from the Club, Sam enjoys coaching Luke's baseball team, golfing and fishing.

With over 30 years of experience ranging from her early start in the retail clothing world to her successful career in promoting and organizing blood drives throughout the region, Brenda has proven she always puts her clients first with a friendly smile and happy demeanor. Making others comfortable comes natural to Brenda, she is easy to talk to and always ready to listen; she is very glad to be a part of the team at Quail Hollow Country Club. Her husband Gene is the avid golfer in the family and she has two adored sons along with two beautiful daughters-in law and 3 grandchildren. When she is not working, Brenda enjoys staying active and being outside whether it be gardening, hiking or biking.

Hazel was born and raised in the Philippines, where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, majoring in Culinary Arts. She previously worked at the Country Club in Pepper Pike and did an internship at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. She is married to Christopher, who is the Executive Sous Chef at the Union Club in Cleveland. They have two rescue dogs, Cooper and Little.

A thespian, MariaElena has been enjoying her 20+ year run at Quail Hollow Country Club, playing many, many roles. From Easter Bunny to storyteller, she’s probably done it all at the Club, except play golf! A native San Franciscan and extensive traveler, MariaElena stays close to home now to enjoy her grandson Lincoln.
MariaElena has two children, Joe and Kathryn. Although her studies have been in drama and business administration, she has always worked in the customer service industry and enjoys her position at Quail Hollow Country Club with great enthusiasm.

Ann has work experience in retail, insurance and social services. Ann has been a fitness swimmer for over 20 years and is a member of the O*H*I*O Masters Swim Team. She is a certified US Masters Swimming Adult-Learn-to- Swim instructor, certified US Masters Swimming Level 1 & 2 Coach and a certified lifeguard. Ann has been involved in many volunteer organizations which benefit military members and their families. She is currently active in Christ Child Society of the Western Reserve. Ann enjoys traveling with her husband of over 38 years Mark, and loves to make tee-shirt quilts in her spare time. Ann and Mark have a son Peter and daughter-in-law Erin.

Born and raised in suburbs of Cleveland, Oh, Robert began his early days cooking in his mother’s kitchen at 7 years old. Already determined to be a chef, he graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 1994. He began working his way up in Downtown hotspots such as The Roxy Café and Café Sausalito before becoming the Banquet Chef and Production Supervisor at Ciao Cucina, at Playhouse Square. Robert worked for 2 years catering to celebrities, cast members, and theatre patrons alike, before taking a sous chef role at Quail Hollow Resort. Robert was responsible for converting the kitchen to a Renaissance Hotel under Concord Hospitality, and ultimately claimed the Executive Chef position. In his 11-year stint he and his team raised all food related guest satisfaction scores to top 5 of all Renaissance properties nationwide, for every year the resort held a Renaissance flag. In 2010 Robert accepted the position of Executive Chef at Mentor Harbor Yachting Club. His style continues to be rooted in local, fresh, sustainable food prepared simply, meshed with a growing fascination for modern culinary and gastronomy. Robert is a proud member of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.

James graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with bachelor degrees in Resort & Hospitality Management, Professional Golf Management, a minor in Business Administration, and a Class A PGA Certification.
James spent three years as the Members Head Golf Professional at PGA National Resort & Spa in Florida. He also held positions at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin and Whisper Rock in Scottsdale, Arizona. James has an extensive background at multi-hole, multi-component golf facilities, helping him make sure Quail Hollow Members and Guests have outstanding experiences at the Club.

Jeff has been the Golf Course Superintendent at Quail Hollow Country Club since April 2014 and was promoted to Director of Golf Course Maintenance in 2017. Before joining Quail Hollow, Jeff lived and worked in Augusta, Georgia at Augusta National Golf Club. As an assistant superintendent at Augusta National, he was part of six successful Masters Tournaments as well as volunteered for each tournament since. Aside from Augusta National, he has worked locally at StoneWater Golf Club, Beechmont Country Club and Lake Forest Country Club. Jeff is a proud graduate of the University of Dayton (2001) with a bachelor's degree in political science. He earned his Turfgrass Management Degree from Penn State University and graduated from Mayfield High School. Jeff, wife Tina, and their dog Moose live in Mayfield Village.

Born in Mentor and raised in the Akron area, Jeffrey was introduced to restaurants at a very early age. After working at the Galaxy Restaurant in Wadsworth, Ohio during his high school years, he found his passion for fine dining and true appreciation for food, wine and spirits. While there, he trained under a former White House butler in contemporary service standards and protocols, mixology, and wine knowledge. After graduating from the University of Akron with a degree in Marketing Management, Jeffrey worked his way up from dishwashing to serving and bartending. He began working his way up at Rustic Hills Country Club in Medina as the Banquet Manager. Jeffrey then moved to Cleveland to accept a position with ClubCorp, as Service Director at the Club at Key Center. There he and his team implemented new and exciting programs to invigorate growth in membership. He also had the great privilege of hosting many politicians and celebrities during the 2016 Republican National Convention. Jeffrey has since worked with a prominent local craft brewery as operations manager and a large convention hotel as assistant food and beverage director.
He brings to Quail Hollow a passion for guest service, a great knowledge of wine and spirits, and a love of his home of Cleveland. Jeffrey lives on the west side of Cleveland and loves spending his time exploring the city with close friends. He is happy to return to ClubCorp and looks forward to seeing you soon!
