Rich graduated from Youngstown State University with a BSBA in accounting and a minor in management. Upon graduation, Rich began his career at Bank One in Youngstown as a staff accountant. He moved on to work for Dobson Communications, a cellular phone company. Rich joined ClubCorp with an internship at Silver Lake Country Club before making Quail Hollow Country Club his Home Club in 1999. In his free time, Rich enjoys playing online poker, golfing, walking and listening to 80’s hair metal music as well as going to see live bands in the area. He also enjoys the company of his cat, Tawny “Kat-aen,” whom he rescued from the Club’s cart barn, adopted and nursed back to health.
