Rikki graduated from Notre Dame College in 2006 with a degree in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on special education and reading. Rikki has been in the restaurant business for the past decade and has a son, Cameron. Rikki’s food and beverage experience has included hostess, server and bartender at casual fine dining establishments. She has three years experience in restaurant management.
