Bob grew up in the Philadelphia area, lived and work in that area most of his life, Bob was educated at Temple University in Philadelphia with his degree in Computer Science. Bob’s Industry career has spanned over 26 years and has included positions with such companies as Club Corp of America, Meadowbrook Golf Group and Gotham Golf. Bob was the Vice President of Ron Jaworski Management and over saw properties in the Mid-Atlantic States including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and West Virginia. In his time with Ron Jaworski, Bob took the company from managing one course to six in his eight year term. Bob has also had a successful consulting company and has been one of the principals and main Golf Instructors with The Dick Smith Golf Academy.

Bob also was instrumental in beginning the Golf Program for Cecil College and was responsible for all recruiting and Head Coaching duties for this Junior College in Maryland. Coaching the team to winning seasons in their first two years of existence.

Bob continued his career running Harbor Pines Golf Club in Ocean City New Jersey. Harbor Pines was a high end Semi-Private facility, with a large Membership (450) that was the choice of many who visited the famed Atlantic City area. Harbor Pines was voted best of South Jersey 4 Years in a row under the guidance of Bob.

Most recently Bob worked with Billy Casper Golf as a General Manager of Colony West Golf Club in Southeast Florida a Semi-Private 36 Hole Facility that was home of The Honda Classic in 1960’s, then took on the task of building the West Coast portfolio for BCG as the West Regional Director of Operations. This task included the operation of two Private Facilities, several Semi-Private Clubs and three Municipal Properties. Bob was also responsible for the acquisition strategy for all new clubs and I his first year helped acquire three new properties.

Bob’s affiliations start with the PGA of America and include The National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), The National Golf Foundation (NGF), the United States Tennis Association (USTA), United States Golf Association (USGA) and The Dick Smith Golf Teaching Academy (DSGA).
Bob’s Feelings:
I was taught a long time ago by my father, if you work harder than everyone else, things will take care of themselves. I have lived that attitude in everything that I have done.
I am not going to pretend to have the most impressive college education, worked at the most prestigious facilities or claim to know the most influential people, but I have been very successful in everything I have done and I will continue to be successful in everything that I do because of what my father had taught me.

Kristi Collins

Kristi came to us from our sister property, Deercreek Country Club as the Director of First Impressions. Kristi was also one of the first employees to open Topgolf Jax and held several positions including Platinum Sales Manager.  In her former life, she was a paralegal first in the DC area and then in Jacksonville. 

Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree from WVUU where she majored in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in FUN. Kristi also studied abroad in London where she had an opportunity to explore European Fashion and sip high tea at noon. 

Kristi has a passion for helping others and connecting people! A Jacksonville resident since 2005, you can't take her anywhere without her knowing someone. 
Her claim to fame is a brief appearance on the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda in September 2015.  In her spare time, you will find her floating in her pool and sampling delicious champagne.

Beth Vanderberg

Beth joined QH in August of 2018, and comes to us after 3 years experience at the Hilton St. Augustine as Director of Sales & Catering. Before that, she worked for 15 years at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel as Senior Sales Manager.  One of her most exciting work experiences was working on the 450th Anniversary of the City of St. Augustine. Her Chef at the Hilton was chosen to handle all of the catered functions for the event, which led to the hosting of the King and Queen of Spain, Presidents of Microsoft, and members of the US & Spain Governments.  
Beth is from Battlecreek, Michigan, but considers Jacksonville her home.  She has lived here since the age of 8.  She attended Florida State University and then moved to Savannah. Georgia.   She now resides in Jacksonville Beach.   
She has two daughters. Hannah is a Freshman at UGA and Rachel is a senior in High School, with plans to also attend UGA. She is very excited to be part of the Queen's Harbour Team and looks forward to booking all of your exciting events!

Sarah is a recent college graduate from the College of the Holy Cross, where she studied Art and Education and played Division 1 softball. She previously worked at the River Club, and is now planning our member events here at the club. She has a lot of energy and strives to target all members’ interests by planning a multitude of fun activities here at the club.

She works directly with the General Manager and department heads to promptly and efficiently foster relationships and drive the Member Connect process – both Member/Member and Member/Employee Partner. Through this process, her main goal is to help new members develop relationships, experience personalized service, cultivate member recognition, join clubs within the club, and participate in events that enriches their lives.

Jerry Snider

Jerry “Mad Dog” Snider was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was raised a huge Cardinals and Jaguars fan.  His early career started with the Charles Hotel in Boston, Hotel Le Meridian, and the River Club in Jacksonville, as well as opening up several restaurants. He has been part of ClubCorp since 1997 while working for OP Country Club, Deercreek, Countryside (in Tampa), the University Club, and a multitude of other restaurants. Needless to say, Chef Jerry is extremely talented and strives for greatness. His food is not only well-designed and meticulously crafted, but powerfully tasty as well! He is married with two kids, Griffin and Sabrina, and two cats, Cheyenne and Tux.

Bud is originally from Colorado. He has been in the North Florida Chapter of the P.G.A. for 20 + years, and was elected into membership in January of 2004. Bud was in the Navy and got stationed at Mayport, Florida in 1983 and fell in love with the weather and never left.

Bud’s main goal is to manage and oversee all elements of the Club's golf-related activities resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for Club members and guests. He defines success by achieving growth in Member usage and revenues while simultaneously reducing Member attrition. With an energetic personality and through high quality standards for service, production, cleanliness, and safety, Bud is continuously striving for member satisfaction in the golf realm.

Bud has been happily married to Karen for 23 years and has two kids Thomas Magnum Dolores (20 yrs) attending U.N.F. and Hannah Dolores (19 yrs) attending Flagler College.

Staci attended FSCJ after graduating from Fletcher High School. As a beach local, she has worked for over 20 years at two beach country clubs prior to coming to Queen’s Harbour. She has been part of the team for 6 years now and her main goal is to assist all members with all of their billing needs. Since she is very detail-oriented and organized, she continuously ensures that all accounts are accurately coded and processed in an easy, timely manner. She also works as a liaison between employee partners and ClubCorp.

Chris Stringer

Chris is a Jacksonville, Florida native. He started his career at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club working on the maintenance crew while getting his degree from Lake City Community College. He then worked his way to assistant before landing a superintendent job at Windsor Parke. He has been with us at Queen’s Harbour for about 12 years now.

Chris's main goal is to manage and oversee all aspects of the golf course and Clubhouse grounds resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for Club members and guests. 

Chris is married to Heather and has three sons, Tyler, Blake and Dixon.

Mark Ellison

Mark was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida playing golf at an early age.  He began playing tournament golf at the age of eight with the NFJG Tour.  He received a golf scholarship to South Georgia College, starting every match for the two years he attended.

After college, he started working as cart attendant moving his way to the Assistant Golf Pro at Amelia River Golf Club on Amelia Island, Fl. After leaving Amelia Island, he set his sights on a new opportunity in Texas where he spent two years as the Head Golf Professional at Lajitas Golf Resort. After his time in Texas he pursued his professional golf career playing on the Swing Thought Tour in January of 2018.

Currently, Mark has started Level 1 with the PGA Apprentice Program studying to get his Class A certification. His passion is to teach the game of golf to all players of all levels in hopes that they will come to love the game as he does.
