About Donald

Donald Beardsley is excited to rejoin the Invited organization and lead the team at Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club.After attending LaSalle University, he began his golf management career working for Invited in the Philadelphia market. After Invited sold the Philadelphia contracts, he managed golf facilities in Pennsylvania, Florida and Alabama, then returning to Pennsylvania. Along this journey, he learned from and met some of the greatest mentors and members. Being a PGA member for over 25 years, he has been fortunate to be nominated as a golf professional of the year and resort merchandiser of the year. He was instrumental in starting a junior golf program for inner-city youths in York, Pennsylvania, called York Youth Links, which still exists today.Utilizing hands-on leadership, Don has had great success in his management career, and he looks forward to using his experience and knowledge to make the member experience the best it can be.
