I grew up in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, spending my childhood on the golf course, both playing and working, working my way up from outside service and caddy into a management role. During that time, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Advertising and I played 4 years on the football team.
I started my professional career in the club industry in Southern California and then moved to Glendale and Sedona Arizona for nine years where I managed two different country clubs. I joined Kemper Sports in 2014 and held General Manager positions at Quail Lodge and Golf Club in Monterey, CA and Royal Melbourne Country Club in Long Grove, IL.
I am excited to be at Ravinia Green Country Club because of its long history and stature in the northern Chicago area as well as the opportunity to join ClubCorp. I have a passion for the hospitality industry and, in particular, interacting with the Membership and getting to know your families. My wife Heather and I are looking forward to raising our kids, Anthony and Faith in the Midwest and are thrilled to be members of this community for a long time.

Chris grew up on the Northshore of Chicago, born and raised in Evanston, IL. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, with a BA in Telecommunications and Business. He’s had a storied career with the opportunity to work in Advertising, Marketing, and Promotion, most notably Client Service with McDonald’s for over 15 years, servicing the US and Global kids market. Most recently, Chris was in marketing and event management, working as the face of the franchise for The Runner’s Edge, a specialty running store in Libertyville, and as a Sales Director for The Glenview Park Golf Club.
Dream Job! Chris is excited to have joined the ClubCorp management team at Ravinia Green in July of 2017, complementing the team by creating new business strategies to acquire new members.
Chris lives off the first fairway from the Glenview Park Golf Club wife his wife Lisa, and kids Chase, Joe, and Analiese. He enjoys golf, running, checking out new restaurants and traveling with his wife and family.

Alayna Jordan graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business. She then continued on to Roosevelt University to earn her master’s in Human Resources.
Alayna started working in private clubs at Hillcrest Country Club as the restaurant manager and later moved up to clubhouse manager. Her most recent role was with The Grove Country Club as their private events manager. She has spent the past 10 years planning events and has even provided service to former Chicago Bulls Champ, Stacey King and his wife for their wedding!
Alayna grew up in the Chicago suburb area and now resides in Palatine Illinois with her husband John and dog Bailey.
She is looking forward to making her transition to Ravinia Green, and welcomes the opportunity to be a part of the Club Corp team!

Shira Wenig Rozgovich is our new Membership Relations Director. Shira has a long history with Ravinia Green Country Club. Her parents, Enid & Kal Wenig, were members of the club for 12 years and live on the 16th green of the course.
Shira comes from a career in evens planning and non-for-profit. Most recently she was the Events Manager for the Board of Jewish Education of Metropolitan Chicago and a Parent Ambassador for the JUF Young Families outreach program, jBaby Chicago. She worked for the Jewish National Fund as the Midwest Events Manager, where she coordinated all aspects of fundraising events throughout the Midwest. Shira was also the Director of Academic Affairs for the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest, where she acted as liaison to over 100 universities, colleges and organizations throughout the Midwest for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Shira, her husband Liad, and three young children live in Northbrook. Shira grew up at Ravinia Green Country Club and is so happy to be back!

Julian Thompson was named our PGA Head Golf Professional in October of 2018. Originally from Michigan, Julian broke into the golf business in 2012 at Blythefield Country Club in Grand Rapids. It was here that Julian was able to learn directly from Patti Butcher and indirectly from Craig Harmon, former LPGA and PGA Golf Professional of the Year award winners in their own right.
After having spent time at Winnetka Golf Club in 2013 and White Oak Country Club in 2014, Julian found his home at Ravinia Green Country Club in March of 2015. Julian quickly made an incredible impact on the club and the membership as a whole. As the PGA 1st Assistant Golf Professional from 2015 – 2018, Julian was able to manage all aspects of a very successful golf operation. During that time, Julian was recognized for his play on the course during Illinois PGA tournaments and his professionalism off the course. Below are a list of his most recent accomplishments:

Steven joins us from West Bloomfield, Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business. He currently is working on his PGA Certification to one day become a Head Golf Professional.
Steven has previously worked at Oakland Hills Country Club and The Country Club at Mirasol.

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, growing up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. My tennis career began when I was 11 years old and I have loved the game tennis ever since. I was a ranked junior player and played tennis and squash in college. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I am a certified USPTA tennis professional and have over 30 years of experience. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the new Director of Tennis at Ravinia Green Country Club.
My career began in the Chicago area at the 41 Sports Club in Highland Park as the Director of Tennis. I moved down the road to The Deerfield Multiplex where I became their Director of Tennis. Most recently, I was the Director of Racquet Sports at Green Acres Country Club in Northbrook, a position I held for 21 years. In the winter months, I am a tennis professional at the Northbrook Racquet Club where I hope to continue my relationship with our members from Ravinia Green. My knowledge of tennis coupled with my experience as a country club professional makes me a perfect fit for Ravinia Green Country Club. I look forward to meeting the needs of all of the players at the club and enjoying their company on the tennis courts!
I am married and have three children, a boy and twin girls. My wife, Laura, is an 8th grade math teacher. My son, Shaun, is the Director of Tennis at MacGregor Downs Country Club in Cary, North Carolina. My daughters, Abby and Riley, are eagerly awaiting their B’not Mitzvah next year as they turn 13 in February.

Hi I'm Trinidad Vega, I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. I moved to Chicago in 1973 with my wife Mary with whom I'll be married to for 43 years this coming February, we have four children and 13 grandchildren. I was employed with Ravinia Green Country Club for 36 years then joined Club Corp 2/12/2015.
I'm the chief engineer here and I'm in charge of making sure the maintenance of the interior and exterior meets and exceeds expectations.

I was born and raised in Chicago. I currently reside in Lincoln Square with my family. My career path has always been one that involves hospitality for that is where my passion lies. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kendall College where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Culinary, Tourism, and Hotel Management. I have worked in many restaurants, both front of the house and back. I straddle a fine line between wanting the life of a front of the house manager and a chef! I love all aspects of the industry, especially the people I serve! For the last 6 years, prior to Ravinia Green, I worked at Carnivale, a restaurant in the west loop, as their Senior Operations Manager. I also worked with Hostmark Hospitality as their service trainer for new acquisitions. I am pleased to join the team here and plan to provide you with the best level of service and excellence of cuisine that you deserve!

As a young man growing up in Buffalo Grove, I had a very passionate feeling about the culinary arts. My family has been in the restaurant business as well as wholesale produce. It was these experiences that opened the door for me into my culinary career. From studying at the Illinois Institute of Art Chicago to almost 15 years behind the scenes in the kitchen, my love for the kitchen and elegant cuisine has flourished every day. Being a part of the Ravinia Green family has been amazing and I look forward to a long future here, putting smiles on Members’ faces as they enjoy what our kitchen has provided. Being a resident of the community, I have a strong connection with our Members. I hope to make your dining experience a pleasurable one.
