About Marcus

I have been fascinated by the game of golf ever since my grandfather put a club in my hand at the age of 5. While I was heavily involved in many sports growing up, my main focus would always come back to golf. After wrapping up a fairly successful run of competitive junior/high school golf, I was left with the question of "What next?". While I did have an interest in continuing my competitive play at the collegiate level, I also knew that I wanted to be active in golf for the rest of my life. After doing some research, I found the PGA Golf Management program at Mississippi State University, and I knew immediately that was what the next step for me would have to be. With that, I started my journey to becoming a PGA Professional and haven't looked back. In my almost 25 years of being involved with this game, my interest and passion for the game have only grown and I am grateful to have the opportunity to give back to the game now as a PGA Professional.
