Whether you start the day with an early morning workout, need a lunchtime pick-me-up or prefer to avoid the evening rush-hour by spending time in the gym, we've got a workout solution for you! Our fitness classes are designed to maximize your time in the gym by accomplishing multiple objectives at a time. Our variety of class formats combine strengthening, stretching and cardio exercises to provide you with an all out, total body workout in half the time. Classes are for all fitness levels.
