For those who are ready to advance beyond daily group fitness classes and receive more intense, personalized workouts, H.I.T.T. is the program for you. We've taken the best elements of Kettlebell Training, CrossFit, Outdoor Bootcamp and our Weight Loss Challenge and combined them all into a year-round series of fitness programs to give you the most complete physical workout offered in the city of Atlanta.
H.I.T.T. workouts are taught by our Certified Personal Trainers, who will provide you with the personalized instruction, accountability and progress tracking benefits of one-on-one personal training, in a small group setting.
