River Creek School of Culinary Arts is proud to present Open the Bottle Night
Saturday, February 25th 2012 7:00pm
For the past six weeks, the River Creek School of Culinary Arts has been working with Chef Matt Crum to master classic cooking techniques. From soup to sauce, they have been chopping, grilling, baking and having a blast! They will celebrate their graduation by planning a menu, preparing a delectable three course meal and it to the most adventurous River Creek Members.
Bring a favorite bottle of wine because there will be no corkage fee for the evening and bring a friend. There will also be music so dancing may break out!
The cost of the event is $47.50++ and includes a three course meal. Additional wine and cocktails will be available for cash or club charge-no credit cards please.
