Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Chef Matt began his career working in small-scale luxury resorts in Vermont and came to ClubCorp in 1998. During his time with ClubCorp he has earned numerous awards and commendations for his skills in the kitchen and the quality of his food. He worked at several of our Mid-Atlantic properties before coming to River Creek as a sous chef in 2002. He was promoted to Executive Chef in 2008 and has been crafting incredible menus for both our restaurants and our private events ever since.
