Stay Fit and Healthy

The Rivers Club Sports and Fitness Center includes an indoor pool, track, basketball, racquetball, squash and volleyball courts, group exercise studio and spinning studio, in addition to a full set of cardiovascular, new Star Trac selectorized, Free Motion and free-weight equipment.  Rivers Club also has private studios for Pilates and Yoga.  The Club offers tournaments, leagues, ladders, clinics and lessons for each of the sports facilities. 

Additional services that are offered include personal training, group personal training, massage therapy, squash lessons, group exercise classes, complimentary Yoga classes, private Yoga lessons, complimentary Pilates classes and private Pilates lessons. 

Rivers Club also has an extensive youth program, which includes personal training (age 13 and up), basketball training, swimming lessons, youth baseball training, kids’ Yoga, Pilates, karate/self-defense classes and dance lessons.
