Group Exercise Schedule
We offer a variety of fitness services. Check with the sports and fitness center to find out more.
Swim lessons
Rivers Club swim programs are available for kids of all ages, including infants and toddlers. Private lessons can also be arranged for children as well as adults.
Squash
Lessons for all levels and group clinics can be arranged. We also offer racket stringing, racket rental and all supplies that may be needed to help you master your game.
Yoga studio
Rivers Club Yoga is downtown Pittsburgh's first and only full-scale, dedicated yoga studio, and now the yoga program is open to the downtown community. All classes are open to everyone. Our studio is fully equipped with yoga props and mats for your convenience.
Personal training
Our educated and certified trainers are available to provide motivation and advice for people of all fitness levels.
Group fitness
You have your choice of a large variety of regularly scheduled classes. Choose from Cardio Funk, Pump, Spinning, Abs, Step and many more.
Massage
Our massage therapists offer a variety of styles including traditional Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Reiki and many more modalities. Rivers Club has four rooms dedicated for your relaxing, energizing massage.
Locker rooms
Locker rentals provide the consistency of a permanent locker with the convenience of laundry service for your workout clothes and a uniform. Day lockers are also available. Locker rooms are fully appointed with steam, sauna, spa, towels and any toiletry you may need. While you work out, our locker room attendants can give your shoes or boots a quick shine for a small fee.
