Learn about and explore great wine with wonderfully paired food created by Executive Chef Gary Scherer. The Menu will be paired with wines by Estanica and Clos du Bois. Wine varieties to taste include a nice crisp Pinot Gris, a Reserve Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet.
