Wine Dinner

Starting at 6:30pm 

Learn about and explore great wine with wonderfully paired food created by Executive Chef Gary Scherer.  The Menu will be paired with wines by Chateau St. Michelle and hosted by their very own Eric Hatch.  Varieties come from an assortment of vineyards throughout the estate.  They include thier  "Harvest Select" Riesling, "Horse Heaven" Sauvignon Blanc, "Canoe Ridge" Chardonnay, and "Indian Wells" Cabernet. Also there could be a surprise coming from a new and quickly growing Chateau St. Michelle Winery.
