Mon-Thurs 5 am – 10 pm
Fri 5 am - 9 pm
Sat-Sun 7 am – 9 pm

Fitness Class Schedule

Every new Member receives a one-on-one fitness room orientation and basic starter workout program.

Our fitness facility includes:

  • Precor Cardio Equipment
  • Treadmills
  • Elliptical machines
  • Recumbent and upright cycles
  • Resistance training equipment 
  • Six lower body machines
  • Four free motion upper body machines
  • Three multiuse machines
  • Five abs/back machines
  • TKO dumbells, up to 90 pounds
  • Spri Xerballs medicine balls
  • Four Spri Body Bars
  • Four Swiss Balls (stability balls, physioballs, abdominal balls) 
  • BOSU Balance Trainer
