An elegant lakefront meeting place

Shoreby Club is a 23-room mansion built in 1890 that brings together the elegance of a lakefront estate and the amenities of a private club. Members call it “a piece of the country in the city,” where luxurious club quarters, superb dining and recreational facilities offer a retreat for business, personal and family enjoyment. For overnight guests, we have five luxuriously appointed guest suites with expansive views of Lake Erie and the Harbor. 

Shoreby Club offers many elegant settings for personal and business dining. Several of the mansion's rooms serve Members as welcoming dining areas for lunch and dinner. The enclosed patio and formal terrace overlooking the shoreline and garden provide spectacular lake views. The intimate library is ideal for small groups. 

Adjoining the mansion is Shoreby's Harbor Grill, which features casual year-round, indoor dining as well as poolside service at the outdoor, heated swimming pool during the warmer months. The Club also has a state-of-the-art fitness center located next to the harbor. Newport Harbor, a 116-slip private boat basin, provides direct access to Lake Erie for our Members.
