Join us Monday through Friday for Breakfast at Vertex from 7 AM to 9:30 AM. Enjoy Chef Michael’s complimentary breakfast buffet for members, tax and service charge applies, including danish, pastries, steel cut oatmeal and an egg scramble of the day. Only $10++ for our non member guests.
