Classes start Tuesday, February 26 at 6 p.m. and occur every other Tuesday as follows.

Class 3 – Baking (with guest Chef David)
Class 4 – Small Plates and Vegetables
• Dinner party planning • Menu design • Identifying products and produce
Class 5 – Recap Final
• Practical test • Dinner party for class • Graduation ceremony
**Class 1 and Class 3 allow drop-in students at $30++ per person. Must register in advance. |
