We invite you to experience our fresh roast prime rib, carved to order, a favorite among Capital Club members and their guests. Open seating is available in Vertex from 6 - 9pm.

To complement your prime rib, our buffet includes fresh vegetables, hot rolls, assorted potatoes, salad, desserts, and complimentary soft beverages to wash it all down with.

Can't make it that night? You're in luck! Prime Rib Night is the 2nd Saturday of every month until December.

Call the concierge at 408.971.9300 to make reservations. This is a first come, first serve event but, as long as there's meat and a seat, we say come on up and enjoy!
