Scott is Founder and President of Paine Financial & Insurance Services, Inc.  He has been in the executive and employee benefits industry since 1977 after graduating from Chico State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance.  Scott is an active member of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of San Jose.
