Open seating is available in Vertex from 6 - 8 pm. Can't make it that night? You're in luck! Prime Rib Night is the first Friday of every month until December. Call the concierge at 408.971.9300 to make reservations. This is a first come, first serve event but, as long as there's meat and a seat, we say come on up and enjoy!
