Cooking for the Home Chef

Presented by Executive Chef Michael Miller

Price: $125 (inclusive) Includes: 5 classes, graduation ceremony, monogrammed jacket and appetizers and wine during each class session.

Classes start Tuesday, February 26 at 6 p.m. and occur every other Tuesday as follows.

Class 1: Tuesday, February 26
Class 2: Tuesday, March 12
Class 3: Tuesday, March 26
Class 4: Tuesday, April 9
Class 5: Tuesday, April 23

Class 1 – Introduction
• Knife skills
• Sanitation basics
• Kitchen prep and organization

Class 2 – Meat/Fish/Poultry
• Roasting
• Braising
• Frying

Class 3 – Baking (with guest Chef David)

Class 4 – Small Plates and Vegetables
• Dinner party planning
• Menu design
• Identifying products and produce

Class 5 – Recap Final
• Practical test
• Dinner party for class
• Graduation ceremony

**Class 1 and Class 3 allow drop-in students at $30++ per person. Must register in advance.
