Business Growth Council presents
"My Leadership Thoughts While Shaving"

**Event includes wine reception; complimentary to attend (limited seating, first 40 reservations only)

Speaker: Winston Copeland

Leadership is made up of characteristics of which the following are certainly a few amongst the many:

1. Preparation/Execution
2. Trust
3. Accountability/Compassion
4. Character & Integrity

Winston Copeland will relate personal stories of both success and failure under each characteristic. He shares that he's learned far more from his shortcomings than from his successes.

What's the difference between a Combat Fighter Pilot and a successful Sales Executive? Winston Copeland would say "not much," and you'll learn why!
