Yoga Classes

Yoga for Golfers - Saturdays @ 9:30 a.m.
Yoga for Everybody - Saturdays @ 10:30 a.m.

 Yoga classes are open to all SLCC Members, Family & Friends! 

Yoga for Golfers
These classes offer many benefits to your golf game, such as targeting your flexibility and strength to improve distance and accuracy, and breathing awareness assists in the rhythm of the golf swing.  Students can expect to gain 20% to 40% increased range of motion translating into greater distance, accuracy, and strength on the course!

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water, and your favorite mid-iron golf club.  Appropriate yoga or athletic apparel is required.

Yoga for Everybody
Is perfect for the beginner and for those who are already practicing yoga.  These classes will focus on breath, poses, movement, visualization and ending meditation to develop flexibility, strength, balance, self-awareness and relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
Appropriate yoga or athletic apparel is required.
