Steve is currently in his fourth year as General Manager of Silver Lake Country Club. Prior to his tenure at Silver Lake, Steve was the Pro/General Manager at The Quail Hollow Country Club, a ClubCorp resort property for 12 years where he was instrumental in the Club's transition from the hotel resort facility to their new Clubhouse. Before moving to the Cleveland area, Steve was the director of golf for nine years at the Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club, a ClubCorp resort in Tampa Fl. Steve’s professional career began in 1982 as an Assistant Golf Professional for nine years at the exclusive Burning Tree Club in Bethesda, MD.
A 24 year ClubCorp employee and a member of the PGA of America for 28 years, Steve resides in Mentor, OH with his wife, Kim, and his two college children: Matthew, 21 and Madison, 19. Steve is an avid sports fan, and enjoys traveling, gardening, golfing and spending time with his family. Bonnie has been in Sales and Marketing for over 30 years. She began her career working for Cox Communications and Gannet Newspapers. She has worked locally as a Membership Director since 2012. Bonnie's husband of 33 years, Larry Napora, is the Director of Golf Course Operations at Firestone Country Club. He has been with ClubCorp for over 25 years. They have two grown children, their son,Adam a Special Education Teacher in Washington, DC and their daughter, Keriann who is a Physician Assistant in Long Beach, NY.

Rose joined Silver Lake in August, 2013. After growing up in the Cleveland area, and graduating from Ohio State University, she has been a Stow resident since 1988. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Rose was with a private club in Shaker Heights for 27 years as an Event Coordinator. She resides in Stow with her husband and they are very proud of their daughter, Angela, who is a successful news reporter with an ABC affiliate station in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mark Golden has been employed as the Executive Chef at Silver Lake Country Club since 2003. Mark grew up in and attended the Chagrin Falls school system and worked in local restaurants while attending high school. After graduation Mark enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a cook. After four years in the service Mark graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island for Culinary Arts. Graduation led Chef to many job positions in restaurants, hotels and local country clubs. Mark and his wife Rene’ reside in Goodyear Heights with their son Joey.

Glenn Joined Silver Lake in 2012 as the 1st Assistant Golf Professional. In July of 2016, Glenn was promoted to Head Golf Professional. He grew up in Cuyahoga Falls where he attended high school. He has worked at other clubs in northeast Ohio such as Barrington Golf Club, Hawthorne Valley Country Club, and Gleneagles Golf Club.
Glenn is a Class “A” Member of the PGA and a Titleist Staff Member. In 2015, Glenn was selected for the Northern Ohio PGA Player Development Award. He also is very active in the Northern Ohio PGA where he sits on the Mentoring Committee and the Tournament Committee.
Glenn resides in Cuyahoga Falls with his, wife Emily and their two boys: Ethan, 6 and Owen, 5. Glenn is passionate Cleveland sports fan and enjoys travelling, Snow Skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Eric is in his first year as Service Director at Silver Lake Country Club. Prior to Silver Lake, Eric was Service Director at The Club at Key Center, Firestone Country Club for ten years and Town Point Club for three years, all ClubCorp properties. Eric began his career in 1984 in Richmond, Virginia managing for Hyatt Hotels before moving on to the Jefferson Hotel (AAA 5 Diamond property). Then in Norfolk, Virginia he managed for the Omni Hotel for five years and Todd Jurich’s Bistro for eight.
A 34 year career in the food and beverage industry. During his 14 years with Clubcorp Eric has been on management teams that received one Chairman’s award, 7 gold circles of excellence and one silver. He has helped to develop three Wine Spectator Award Winning Wine menu’s and was on the Virginia Wine Council for two years. Eric lives in Fairlawn Heights with his wife Connie and has a daughter Whitney living in Chicago. Eric is an avid Crossfitter, racquetball player and golfer.
