It is a negative force in our lives, and can take a huge toll on our health and wellness if we do not learn how to eliminate it, or at least manage it, on a daily and permanent basis! Or is it? Is stress really as bad for us as we think and believe it to be? Could it possibly be good for us? Can we have optimum health and be stressed at the same time! YES!
