Get in shape with Trace fitness
One of our many ways to help Members get involved in the Club is through fitness. Along with our new defined fitness room and sports activities, we have personal training available, taught by our experienced personal trainers, as well as group classes such as Pilates, yoga, cardio kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and more. Likewise, our massage therapists are available to rejuvenate you.
