I joined Southern Trace Country Club in 1995 and am proud to call it my home. Over the years I have been part of our Member Relations team, our Private Events Director and since 2003 our Membership Director, as well as recipient of many corporate accolades from Presidents Club to an inductee in the ClubCorp Hall of Fame. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. If you are there on the right day of the right year you might catch me playing tennis!
I enjoy bringing families together through private club membership and look forward to building a relationship with you for years to come.. If you are not a Member and you are considering membership at Southern Trace, I feel confident in telling you that you will become a Member at a club that has the best Members in Shreveport!

This is Will Meyer here and I wanted to introduce myself as your new Head Tennis Professional. I moved from Colorado to bring my passion, knowledge, and excitement, to add another dimension to this amazing club. I am USPTA, PTR, and Cardio Tennis Certified teaching professional with 8 years of professional experience. My tennis philosophy is simple: Bring tennis to everyone, while providing fitness, fun, and knowledge. This is truly a family and lifelong sport that can be enjoyed at any age and level.
I played D2 Tennis for MSU Denver and was a 2004 First Team All RMAC. I graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors in History and Criminal Justice. I am very proud of my experience at the 2016 Colorado State Open, where I was a singles and doubles finalist for 5.0 men divisions.
I have an amazing new baby girl(19 months), Baby Coco(Constance-Mary) we like to call her and a wonderful wife back home. My hobbies include playing with my daughter, bike riding, golf, any outdoor activity and of course, training in the gym.
One interesting fact about me is that I love history, especially, the civil war. So, its welcoming to come to the south and experience this new culture and club.
